Inside our Training

Biomechanical Drill breakdowns

Elite coaching isn't about running laps. It's about precision form, joint angles, and athletic rhythm.

Footwork & Coordination

Building lightning-fast neural pathways

Coordination is the foundation of speed. Our agility ladder drills teach young athletes to minimize ground contact time and develop high-speed foot placement precision.

  • Target: Quick ankle stiffness & lower leg reflex
  • Goal: Reduce ground contact time (GCT) to <0.15s
  • Frequency: 3 sessions per week (Kids & Sprinters)
Coach Prashant's Tip

"We look for upright head positioning and minimal arm sway. The feet must tap light and fast—like running on hot coals."

Crucial for Kabaddi, football, and short-burst sprinting agility.
