Prashant Patil — international athlete.

Prashant started athletics in 1999. By 2005 he was competing at state level, and the same year he won a National Medal in the 10,000m at Pune — the race that set the direction for everything that followed.

He went on to win 7 international medals for India in long-distance running, competing in Spain, Italy, Thailand and Australia, along with 22 national medals representing Maharashtra.

Fifteen years of coaching later, that experience is the curriculum: warm-ups that protect joints, technique corrected early, load managed week by week, and race plans built for the athlete in front of him — not copied from a template.
